B450 Tomahawk black screen

Hi, Im having a issue with my board where there is that small undersore blinking and after that there is black screen, everytime its totaly random. Sometimes it crashes with a black screen. Bios is updates already I tried multiple bios versions. Fix for that is to wait few hours than it works again. 

Edit: this has been happening since I got that board
