Surface pro 6 won't boot past windows logo.

Hey! For the past... God knows how long maybe 6 months I've had this issue where my surface has been on the charger forever but it doesn't seem to boot. It'll show the windows logo with no disk icon or spinning dots. 

 

I've tried the hard boot. I've tried holding the power buttons, having the USB stick with windows in the laptop, taking off the keyboard and trying to boot it with NOTHING attached. Everything and nothing works.... 

 

You guys have any idea?
