Not getting Windows Updates(Still haven't gotten May 2020 update)

Hi everyone! It would be great if anyone could help me out a little bit. I currently use a surface laptop 2 with windows 10 version 1909. It's weird that I am no longer getting updates. On the Windows update page in settings it says that my device is missing important security and quality fixes, but if I search for updates nothing comes up. Moreover still says feature update to windows version 2004(May 20) is on its way and I will see this update soon. It's funny considering its October 21 and its been more than a year. I would appreciate if someone can help me figure out what is going on.

Have you done anything to solve the issue like reinstalling the latest version of windows

Thank you! Using the Microsoft Update Assistant did the trick!
