QNAP: Long Write Period ok?

I have a 4 bay QNAP NAS that I'm setting up... the estimated time to copy a folder to it is 24 hours or so.... is such a long write "ok"?

 

(note: I don't think the time is wrong for what I have, just don't know if constantly going like that is ok)
