Bosshub

Is it normal for a GTX 960 2gb to get 21.9 fps on unigine heaven 1920x1080 low?

Also, My GPU maxes out at a really low temperature (normally 32 degrees Celsius)

It does not go any where near 1000mb of memory

It used to be good for fps and one day it just went bad.

It also maxes out before an x4 860k.

any help?

Can you download free version of 3dmark and do a benchmark there and post your results? Unigine Benchmark is only good for quickly testing gains with overclocks, for everything else use 3dmark.

nope that's less than I get with a 940MX laptop gpu...

I think the 32c thing just means the card is dying? But im not sure how to confirm or fix this..

You could definitely try DDU drivers,  maybe its just a glitch.

Hello, what is a DDU driver?

I read guru3d and have no idea what to do.

DDU is display driver uninstaller.

Download Nvidia drivers first then

use DDU in *safe mode*

Then install the Nvidia drivers normally.

@Bosshub

I have done that and rerun 3dmark. Still a really bad result, but a small improvement. https://www.3dmark.com/3dm/67699677

Yeah I am sorry I forgot to respond. That usually means card is in some sort of failsafe mode. Can you check the card for any visual damage on the PCB?

It has a missing screw on the plastic cover. It has definitely been opened as the warranty sticker on the screw is torn. Maybe this chip is damaged
