Which PC should I get?

I'm planning on buying myself a PC soon and I found these 2 used ones for pretty good prices, I'm just having trouble deciding which one would be the better option. I'm planning on doing mostly gaming on in, and some regular school work.

PC #1:

CPU: i7-8700

GPU: Palit GTX 1070

RAM: Hyperx Fury 1x16gb 2666mhz

MOBO: Asus B365-F

PSU: Corsair 650w Bronze

PC #2:

CPU: i5:9400f

RAM: Delta T-Force RGB 24gb (speed not specified) 2x8gb+2x4gb

Cooler: ID Cooling Auroflox X 360mm

SSD: Nvme XPG 240gb

HDD: 1tb (brand not specified)

Case: Tecware VXR Mid-tower

Price: 55,000 PHP/1,080 USD

I think PC 1 is better aesthetically. But, PC 2's ram is better. If you do decide getting PC 1, I reccomend getting a pair of DDR4 8GB 3200Mhz memory because you don't need 24GB of RAM for gaming.

PC1 has a bit better cpu but a bit worse motherboard (as in crappier chipset, less features, except sound card which is better than Gigabyte's)

 

I'd say go with PC1 and buy a 2nd stick of 16 GB or ask them to replace the single 16 GB stick with 2 x 8 GB sticks.

I would get 1 and get a second RAM stick (same stick if possible). Dual channel will make it much better.

Have you found any used pcs other than these pcs?

 

Not sure on what to reccomend, both are pretty similar spec, and im not gonna reccomend based on asthetics cause thats a personal preference, my personal preference is just throw asthetics out the window for the best hardware cause high performance pc > ricer rgb pc
