Enter the BIOS (spam F2 or del on startup) and go to the overclocking page in advanced mode and it should show memory speed. Set that to 3200. Also make sure to put the correct timings.

When I am in the bios and is on the first info page it's saying my ddr4 is only 3000 when the packaging and the tag on the ram itself says 3200. Idk if I am missing something

Yes that's what it automatically picked. You should go to advanced > overclocking and it has a drop down menu for choosing frequencies.

What would the correct timings be then? I'm kinda new

just use the XMP or DOCP under hte advanced tab

I Use my knowledge as business owner and self taught technician aswell as an AI to help people. AI might be controversial but it actually works pretty well 90% of the time.
