Trying to wipe my device for resale ended up deleting Macintosh HD and Data and now I have no disk to select for reinstalling Mac OS

I may have messed up here but in disk utility I deleted Macintosh HD and Data and now I cannot select any disk when I go for a reinstall of Mac I was running BigSur latest version (11.2) I am also on the M1 chip MacBook Air any advice would be much appreciated

Once in recovery mode select disk utility from Utilities in the menu bar. From here you should be able to initialise the disk as an APFS volume. 
 

when you’ve done that, quit disk utility and you should then be good to go.
