Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): I am brand new to PC building so I'm not sure what specs I will be looking for, I plan on buying parts or a pre built within the rest of this year

 

Realistically the machine will be used for Minecraft and a dabble of oculus quest 2 shenanigans. I went to PCPartPicker and found the two "Great Gaming Builds," screenshots attached, but I am unsure of whether they are good for what I will be doing with them. My friend who is more established in terms of PC gaming showed me two pre built PC's as well, screenshots attached. I personally would like the experience of building my first PC but I understand parts have been expensive. Any help would be appreciated!
