Thats how bad gpu pricing is

Good price for dual GPU.

 

I remember ELSA GeForce 2 Ultra that was damn expensive. It cost $500 in 2000... (about $800 in 2021)

No, it's not true. You could definitely get cards for MSRP at launch back in the early 2010s. MSRP was also much lower for the same tiers of card.
