Im going to be buying a monitor next month and im not sure between these 2 monitors. I understand that these are 2 completely different class monitors in the sense of the refresh rate but im here to get subjective and objective advice. the refresh rate is not a problem here so keep that out of the picture. 

The objective:
which of these monitors have the least amount of motion blur, i know with EMLB on the tuf monitor it should win but will the black light strobing be a problem?
