PC to stream Console Streaming/ Media Creation

Hey Everyone looking for some advice. I'm looking to get into streaming. I am a console gamer so I won't be gaming on the PC so I need it for just the streaming and to then maybe edit the footage after for YouTube possibly any suggestions on builds or as I am new to this even a pre build recommendation is appreciated thanks in advance for the feedback

You could get a Ryzen 5 system with a GTX 1050TI, then put a decent capturecard in there (AVerMedia makes some good ones AFAIK.)

What console will you be capturing footage from?

Thank you for the welcome, I have both current Gens Xbox series X /PS5 as well as a Switch. I'm trying to convert my media room to double as a streaming area so hoping to set up the PC by tv use that to play and hook up a monitor to manage the stram side of things
