Is PCSX4 still fake?

I've read a lot of multiple years old thread saying pcsx4 is fake because they require surveys to download the app. But looking at it now, the website shows no surveys to download, but a mega link, altho mega is a red flag. But, they also have a github page listed on the site, so people can actually see if its fake or not - https://github.com/ps4emurepo. Can someone confirm if it's fake or not?

 

If it is, this indian guy is getting thousands of views making fake yt videos, so many, that he had to put it in a playlist - PS4 Games On PC. (and yes I am indian, and im sorry if hes faking all those)

Why would a company, if legit, use mega for a download?

I'm sure this is still fake.

As it states in this video PCSX4 IS fake and the only PS4 emulator that is available is linux based.
