Is tpm 2.0 enbled?

is secure boot on?
Is your cpu on the supported list?
Then use windows update.

If you answeredd no to any of these, meet the windows 11 iso.

I could use some help with this!

please, pm me if you would like to contribute to my gpu bios database (includes overclocking bios, stock bios, and upgrades to gpus via modding)

That is from the dev channel and Windows update won't change to official release. You will need to download the release iso and do a clean format and install.
