The Crosshair VIII Dark Hero, but that's basically it, it's very expensive and designed for extreme overclocking. Also, just get a board with BIOS Flashback, it's not that hard to update the BIOS.

so what are you trying to say?

Get a board with BIOS Flashback and update the BIOS yourself. The Crosshair VIII Dark Hero would work out of the box with Ryzen 5000, but it's way too expensive to be practical for most PC builds.

Of a board with BIOS Flashback, sure. The ASUS Strix B550-F Gaming would work and has BIOS Flashback support. You can probably even go cheaper and get the ASUS TUF Gaming B550-Plus if you don't care about the fancy lights and RGB support of the Strix board.

If you mean of the Crosshair VIII Dark Hero, sure but don't actually buy it. It's one of those things that if you need to ask, you don't need it.

Yup

There's also written instructions in the manual. Go off of that because sometimes the BIOS file name is different depending on the board, or you need to hold the button for a different length of time. The general directions will be the same from board to board, but 1 or 2 specifics will be depending on the board.

You're supposed to download on another device like a laptop, spare computer, even an Android phone will work if you have the right adapter. It might work out of the box, most boards now do ship with Ryzen 5000 series BIOS preloaded, but in the off-chance it doesn't, you need to get another computer to download the file and put it on the flash drive.
