why dont you have any ram as yet, you mean you didnt buy it or havent received it, the cpu fan is called the heatsink its normal to be on and off

 

EDIT: On and Off meant putting it on and taking it off, falling off is a different thing, try to tighten it to the motherboard, doesnt the cpu come with a manual?

A. You need RAM.

B. It's not just normal for a CPU cooler to fall off. It's probably not properly fastened to the motherboard.

Your BIOS (or UEFI who gives a damn shit anyway) needs to offload to RAM to keep all the parameters in use while the system is on.

 

You're partically not giving the CPU anything to work with, so that's to be expected, wait until the RAM arrives, and keep us in touch.  ;)

Stop bloating nonsense, and reason to contribute in a constructive manner.
