3070 Low FPS

Hey everyone! this is my first post here and im not super up to date with pc components etc. I have a Ryzen 9 3900X and a 3070 and im struggling to get over 200fps consistently in games like fortnite at all low settings. Is this a bottleneck or is there something wrong with my build/graphics card. Please let me know anything that i might need to provide to find out more about this issue 馃檪

Hey! Sorry for the late response. Here is my specs

Windows 10 Home

Asus PRIME B450M-A (BIOS Version 2409)

AMD Ryzen 9 3900

Gigabyte NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 VISION OC 8GB GDDR6

4x8 GB Corsair Vengeance RAM (3200Hz)

Samsung聽980 NVMe聽M.2 SSD 1TB

I am unsure what PSU i have but I'm certain it is 650 Watts
