help pls Window Trailing Effect Glitch - Help pls

Hi

 

I am an engineering student and so need to use various CAD programs, one of which is Siemens NX11. Whenever a sub-window (opened by NX11) and drag it around the screen to various points, a fairly obstructive visual glitch occurs (not quite sure how to describe it but I have a video of it anyway).

 

I am running it on a Dell XPS15 7590 (i7 9750H, GTX1650 and 8GB RAM) and have the most up-to-date graphics card drivers.

@lou_new1Is it only in SIemens NX11? If yes, then you could try disabling Windows effects in

I tried this and it didn't work - not quite sure what this suggests to be honest. Any other suggestions?

Does this happen in other applications as well as NX11? Because this seems more like a problem with the software rather than anything else. Maybe go to the render settings for the viewport to adjust some settings. Or bring it up with Siemens directly. I've found a doc that claims a similar kind of bug apparently was fixed in a previous version, maybe it's a bug they have to fix on their end.

This is only an issue with NX - still haven't fixed it
