That's a terrible PSU!

What brand and model RAM?

Motherboard BIOS up to date?

Load temps of CPU and GPU?

Adata ram @ 2666mhz  (16GB)

CPU stays below 50C

and GPU stays under 75C

Your PSU is known for exploding...
Get a Seasonic or a Corsair.

can you suggest any PSU under 150$?

I assume USD$

Corsair RM (2019) 750 W 80+ Gold
SeaSonic FOCUS Plus Gold 650 W 80+

Solid mid tier modular PSU that I use in builds all the time
Check the PSU length with your case clearance b4 buying

You like to live dangerously doing a double torture test on such a bad PSU...
Change it before you need to dish 500$ to replace a GPU
