Can't boot into any OS after tightening ram timings slightly

B550 gaming tuf (non wifi) - main

Tightened ram timings from 19-19-19-43 down to 18-18-18-43 both at 3200

 

Windows crashed so I reset timings back to default and now I can't boot or stay booted into any OS, windows boots for about 90 seconds then forces a restart, so I tried linux from a USB (Ubuntu, popos and debian) all crash after about 5 seconds starting the installer.

memtest passes, can stay in bios or easy2boot without crashes. I just can't get an os to stay booted or to boot

fixed it, apparently cpu wanted more voltages from stock, cos ya know setting things to default means not enough voltage
