Good, cheap, North America friendly phone?

I'm looking at getting a backup phone, something cheaper that's North America friendly. I'm not super picky, but it should have:

  • AMOLED screen
  • 1080p or greater
  • USB C
  • Preferably new
  • Under $200, maybe a touch more

So far I've found the Pixel 2 XL for that. Any other phones people have seen as new old stock, or for cheap prices?
