Cannot boot windows (inaccessiable boot device) after installing raid driver

I just reinstalled windows, when i tried to install the raid driver from my mobo site (https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/X570-AORUS-ELITE-WIFI-rev-1x/support#support-dl-driver-sataraidahci). It can detect the raid drives correctly but when i reboot, it would show that error (inaccessiable boot device) and then force reset my BIOS.

Not much useful info online.

Please help me about the issue, and help or hint is appreciated, or is it possible to recover data in those raids without spare hard drive.

Thanks

The answer is this might be issue with AMD BIOS and AMD has noticed the issue, theses obvious solution by my research so far. I just send the drive to my friends and they got files copies to another place.
