Hi!

Today I encontered a bug in Chrome where the video player in Chrome just does not respond to mouse movements or clicks.

Usually it shows player options if I right click anywhere on the video but now only:

Today?

does the issue persist after a computer restart?

Did not try restarting PC, but clearing Chrome cached files and cookies + browser restart helped.

But it occurred again, this time it only needed closing and reopening the tab.
Just wonderng if any of my few addons might cause the bug.

Strange now it happened again. Don't have many plugins so I doubt that would cause it.

Why not try the restart

I would try disabling plugins all the same. Doesn't matter how many plugins you have. Even if you only have one and that one is buggy, it could still be the culprit.

Disabled all plugins restarted Chrome, now the tab that previously was not affected is unresponsive now too.

Incognito mode player works fine.

Clearing cookies and other site data seems to help, but bug will probably occur again.

Yeah, did a Spybot S&D scan, removed all suspicious cookies and stuff, still the problem persists.

Edit: After more cleaning the bug seems to have vanished.
