Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): 

I have put together a pc in pcpartpicker. any suggestions?

Reasons:

  1. No fantasy builds. This is easy to tell from part choices.
  2. SLI is dead, getting 2 GPUs for anything else than mining or heavy rendering is pointless.
  3. If you are working with this kind of budget,
    1. Why not get retail Win10?
    2. Why get so bad monitor?
    3. Why get PC speakers, getting HiFi grade will be so much better.
  4. The budget is already over $10k.
