Did you purchase a retail license for the laptop or did it come with Windows already installed? If your laptop came with it installed you can not move the licensed install to another computer and have it licensed.

I think you can if you delete the licence and apply it to the new one?

Amazon doesn't sell anything but full legit keys, sorry.  Grey keys are extra keys people in other countries have they can get cheaper due to their economic status, for example.
