Try Fedora.  My experience with Ubuntu is that they take Debian, introduce some more bugs and make things worse, and the outcome is a distribution that really sucks.  Really, please, anything but Ubuntu ...

Ignore everything after the first two words of @heimdali (Ubuntu is great distro and the last thing we need is a distro flamewar). But trying a different distro is not bad advice, that way you can exclude possible hardware issues.

YOu can also try to remake the bootable USB, maybe something went wrong when it was created

Right --- Fedora has an option to verify the installer media, and by all means, use that.

I have tried using Rufus first, same error. Now i tried using Universal USB Installer. But that didn't work either.

You can try that too, but the Ubuntu bootdisk usually offers the option to boot with acpi=off

Hmm, as there is a kernel panic it is starting to look like a hardware issue. You could try things like checking the memory sticks, the CPU fan etc. Other than that I'm out of ideas

Okay so I will try reseating the RAM and will reset CMOS battery. If that doesn't work. I think i'm gonna give up. Well here goes nothing. Also thanks for sparing time to help me.

Just to be clear:

Did the media pass the verification?

Can you boot from the Fedora installer (it's actually a life system you can use as is, and install from) or does it always panic?

When you are at the boot menu, press e.  That allows you to edit the kernel command line in the boot entry.  That is, IIRC, the line with vmlinuz blah something with parameters, and it'll probably have 'rhgb quiet' in it.  You can remove 'rhgb quiet' and add acpi=off and/or other paramters.  Then press Ctrl-x to boot with that entry and see if it works.

Maybe you do need to update your BIOS ...
