Gigabyte x570 not booting after installing my second gpu.

My system is used for 3d rendering etc not gaming, I recently bricked my b450 plus and upgraded to a x570 gigabyte the system boots my main gpu rtx 2080s and when i add my second gpu rtx 2060 it suddenly does not boot anymore, i have a 850w power supply.

did try disabling csm, it boots to bios but only shows part of the bios rest is blacked out.

can anyone help?
