GPU makes other components run hot

I got a GPU with an AIO which I mounted on the top with the intent of pushing the hot hair out.

Initially all the cooling was plugged together on the GPU+aio(godlike solution asus) for it, but I rerouted the fans of the radiator to the motherboard so I could have them spin constantly. The blower fan of the GPU is still set to 0 rpm though and it only turns on at 59c, but the gpu does not go above 50c so it never turns on. Now the top of the case gets hot when I play a game, and overall temps are all higher than before. Like the aio of the cpu shows 36c for liquid temperature which is almost the same level I had when my room temp was 35c, so it's gonna get really bad when summer comes by again.

chipset temps are also around 10c higher than with my last normal blower gpu

Same goes for the primary SSD

Will it be cooler if I set the blower fan to also run despite the gpu being around 40c or just unlucky having a gpu radiator as exhaust? Or do I just need set a fan curve for the radiator exhaust fans that go a lot higher?

It could also be because the top of my case is kind of shit. I have a dark base pro 900

This is literally all I get for top exhaust

Amazon.com: be quiet! Dark Base PRO 900 Silver Rev. 2, Full Tower ATX, 3 Pre-Installed Silent Wings 3 Fans, BGW16, Tempered Glass Window, RGB LED Illumination : Everything Else

I'm not really good at modifications but I already did some changes to the case, so if I have to make some I could try as long as it doesn't end up looking like shit

Judging by your ms paint drawing it seems like you have too many exhaust fans, consider moving a fan or 2 to the front or just remove em

Didn't think of that. I have 2 extra be quiet fans that were freed up from the gpu radiator, but don't really know where I could place them. Front is kinda clogged

Edit: Actually, I think I might be able to squeeze one below the front radiator and one below the hdd trays, just need to route the cables that are resting there through somewhere else. Actually sounds doable, but it's gonna be pretty tight. Thanks for the idea!

One bad thing about current top exhaust is that these fans on this shitty asus radiator are really loud, like at 30% they're like the cpu fans at 60%, so I have to keep them at 20-30% most of the time and not a lot of hot air can go out.

With the 2 extra intake I'd have 5 intake and 3 exhaust. PSU intake fan is kinda isolated but I counted it cuz it's always on, gpu blower doesn't spin basically 99% of the time though so didn't count it as exhaust. Is that an okay setup for fans?
