Should be fine yeah. Looks like both are running at 16-18-18-38 at the advertised 3200mhz.

So i just got a new kit (same kit i bought 6 months ago) and New kit (2133) I got today, 6 months ago, ram running at 2666?

so who is lying?

It's the same kit F4-3200C16D-32GTZN

You have to disable XMP and re-enable it after the new ram kit is installed. Otherwise it will not function properly, if you have done that already and it is still doing that try setting bios to factory defaults and setting XMP again. If even after that it still has a problem it may be an incompatibility with the kits, which even though they are the exact same model can still happen.

It looks like they've got different RAM modules. Which is very common and why you buy them in sets and not separately where they can. One might have Samsung modules while the other might have SK Hynix. They all do that based on availability. The important part is that what it's sold for (DOCP speeds) are what they say they are.

I'm not actually trying to be as grumpy as it seems.

I will find your mentions of Ikea or Gnome and I will /s post.
