how do you get it to boot in the desktop in windows update 1 because I cant get it to work or is it coming later on

@yesman: Right click the taskbar -> Properties, then in the Navigation tab, tick "When I sign in or close all applications on a screen, go to the Desktop instead of Start".

I got it last night in windows update in settings

I had to go 'Update and recovery' and checked for updates then went 'View details' and it was there. Mine's downloading now.

I've been trying to install update 1, but I always get an error code 80070005 - something to do with access rights from what I've read, even though I obviously have an admin account on my PC. Has anyone encountered this and/or knows of a fix?
