Acer nitro 5 startup repair loop pls help

My acer nitro 5 has went into a startup repair loop with no escape I can’t even re install windows or repair off the cloud it got out of it before and I don’t know how it’s a brand new laptop and should not be doing this

If you have another machine you could create a Windows Media Creation Tool on a USB drive and use that to reinstall Windows on the machine. If you don't want to do that you could RMA it from wherever you bought it from as well.
