My question is, as you can see, should i go with an Asus GTX 760 or a MSI GTX 760?

This is for my first build and i am going to buy an AMD FX-6300 and an Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3P.

The graphics cards are the same price here in Sweden where i will be buying them from.

both are good jsut keep in mind the windforce one is going to be larger

MSI, it's cheaper, and I like the cooler better :)

Why is the aftermarket cooler better, does it gives the card better performance or anything like that?

ok this is going to be hard to say 

there's 2 clock speeds memory and core clock they both effect performance if you were to have one with a higher clock you would have higher performance
