Is this power supply good enough for a r7 1700/2070 system

And as I am planning to upgrade to a 3700x soon.. Should I go for the 850 version

I. E deepcool dq850m v2

I saw a tom's hardware review placing it a solid budget choice

It's not the worst, but sleeve bearings and some cheap parts are a big disappointment. Also you don't need 850w.

Can you give me the link to the store where you buy the PSU?

Local shop, the next cheapest 750w fully modular psu is corsair cx750 and gigabyte p750m

Holy Crap... Most PSU calculators are BS.

I don't know why 700W is recommended for 300-400W systems. Perhaps they do it for profit.

outer vision seems pretty independent to me, i can get seasonic over estimating (hell it was recommending me a 1000w psu)

The 2070 Super (Non super consumes less power than this) consumes around 250W, while the 3700X is around 150W. Therefore, it consumes a total of 400W, and the actual load is lower than this because it is measured in AC.

to add to this my 3700x never uses over 120w.
