Help me build a pc please (700$)

Hey guys im new in the "pc build" community and idk what to go with, like i need a stable 60 fps gaming but i cant figure which graphics card to go for, or which cpu to go for.
In short, im really confused

So my budget is a strict 700$

Will i be run discord in the background WHILE maintaining the same amount of fps? OR will there be any frame drops or something?

Drop the Corsair RAM for Crucial Ballistix, its better Micron e-die rather than Hynix.

Definitely stretch the budget to a B550 Gigabyte board if you can.

Also, swap that Samsung M.2 500GB for a WD SN550 1TB. Its way better value.

Actually I don't know about that, I think there will be some frame drops but I think it will still be around 60fps
