Most Quiet 780 Cooler?

I want to make my PC silent, so I have gotten Noctua fans for my H100i, and replaced my generic case with a Fractal Design Define R4. Now I want to upgrade my 7970 with a 780 since I don't have the money for a 780 ti (It runs at 95 degrees under normal gaming load with the fans at full blast, it is probably going to die sooner rather than later) so I want the quietest 780. I don't care about brand names all that much (Although if it could match my black blue colour scheme that would be a plus, although not needed) I just want a quiet cooler. I don't want to go water cooling since I don't trust myself to not screw it up so I would prefer air cooling. Does anybody have any suggestions?

 

TL;DR: What is the quietest 780 cooler that is not liquid cooled, preferably blue/black but not needed.

The MSI Twin Frozr GTX 780 is the quietest from what I've found.

My Current Build: 

Intel i5 3570K @ 4.4GHz 1.11V, Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO, Asrock Z77 Extreme4, Corsair Vengeance 8GB 1600MHz, Samsung 840 EVO 250GB, Asus GTX 760 DCII Overclocked, Corsair CX600M
