cpu 1700x

gpu rx 5700 xt

ram 12gb 2400mhz

i have looked online and i hsould be getting around 400fps on my settings however im gettimg around 170.

i then opened tast manager and ran a fps test in game, and found my cpu never hit 40% and my gpu never hit 50%.

i opened the amd software and it said my gpu was running at 80-800 mhz.

and the game is in fullscreen

Your ram is very slow, I would recommend 3200mhz, and 16gb

If your CPU is running at only 800 Mhz then RAM isn't your main issue. What are temperatures like? it might be thermal throttling (heavily) to protect itself.

Crystal: CPU: i7 7700K | Motherboard: Asus ROG Strix Z270F | RAM: GSkill 16 GB@3200MHz | GPU: Nvidia GTX 1080 Ti FE | Case: Corsair Crystal 570X (black) | PSU: EVGA Supernova G2 1000W | Monitor: Asus VG248QE 24"

Laptop: Dell XPS 13 9370 | CPU: i5 10510U | RAM: 16 GB

Server: CPU: i5 4690k | RAM: 16 GB | Case: Corsair Graphite 760T White | Storage: 19 TB
