I just sent another email to AMD with the details they asked (photo of the gpu, copy of the receipt) and I did not mention the warranty label that is pierced.

I will wait for their response and in the meantime I will wait to get my gpu back from that stupid shop.

Thx for telling me about that law. I read something about it and is kinda the same thing in uk, but I ll see. Thanks again bro

Best of luck with getting your graphics card replace!

Anytime!

I fixed the damn gpu!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Took it to another guy, thinking that I have nothing to lose, cuz the label was broken already and stupid asrock don t accept that stuff in fucking uk, so I told the guy from the shop that I want new thermal paste. He cleaned the gpu, put thermal paste on it and its freaaaaakiiing workiiiiing!!!!!!!!!!!!

The guy from the shop told me that there were some oil marks on my gpu from the thermal pads and combined with dust, they can conduct electricity and maybe, some shortage in the power of the gpu was happening.

Anyway, that guy tested my gpu for the whole night and right now I have no problemo, senior!

All fix!

Also, for the people who want to RMA their pc parts. Before you buy, search for the rules of that shitty warranty label in your country and what are the companies are saying about that.

Also, the shittiest part about this is that if you don t buy from the manufacturer itself (amd or nvidia or intel or whatever), they won t do shit about it because you didn t buy from them. That is bullshit because is their damn product that went out from their factory with their name on it.

Happy I fixed the damn thing!

That's pretty awesome!!! Glad you got the graphics card working again.

I've never heard that being a likelihood of ever happening (oil from thermal pads being conductive).

Everyone should do some research before purchasing-electronics especially.

The guy said the same thing, but combined with dust, it can conduct electricity

Dust, can become electrical conductive. Just strange that he said with the oil, as it's non-conductive.
