Hey so i have followed plenty of windows guides on how to optimize your pc but i forgot to make a full registry backup before i tweaked anything. Now i just want everything to be back to normal and default. And if i have to do anything without losing my data that would be great.

What all have you changed? Do you have any windows image backups, or backups of any sort?

AFAIK you cant. Reinstalling your operating system is the only proper way. There is a reason why every guide you can follow says backup registry.

There is no "normal and default", every program, setting and thing you do will change things in the registry. The only way to "start clean" is to wipe everything and do a complete reinstall.
