Here is a best overall option for you.

High speed RAM is necessary for this iGPU to run well, So skipping on it would affect performance. Yes, it's 600 USD, If you don't have this much let me know and I'll make it little lower, But this is best you can buy in this price range. The case is good looking and have normal airflow, you can't really go any cheaper than that. It have one rear fan and you'll mount extra 2 fan in front as intake. That's all you need to cool this system.

I would really advise against going with cheapo RAMs, But CL16 3200 Will be also okey if u want to save 10-15 USD.
