Rust keeps crashing

Hello, I am frustrated, every time I try to play rust it crashes at a random interval in game, I don’t think it’s ever crashed in loading screens or menus. Doesn’t happen for any other game. Drivers are updated, running steam as an administrator, not in steam beta, verified the integrity of game files more than once, not running steam in compatibility mode. Have reinstalled steam and rust. I would really like some help as I am not sure what’s happening.  System is ryzen  5 5600x, rtx 3070, 32 gb of crucial ballistix 3600, and I removed my overclocks to see if for some reason they affected it, but no change.

Run DDU and reinstall your display drivers. If that doesn't work, consider a reformat of your C:\ drive and do a clean install of windows (and don't have bullshit like wallpaper engine running). If it's still crashing after that, then it's likely a problem with the game, not your system/software.

Hello. I know this is verry unhelpful but i have well over 3000 hours in RUST and i can tell you that historically it has been a horrificly unstable game.

 

People frequently experience crashes. In fact i was supprised when you said it hasn't crashed on you while loading. 

 

I hope you find a solution to your problem but if i were you I wouldn't drive myself too crazy looking. It is simply a unfinished product made by an inexperienced team.
