white bar in explorer

so i got this white bar in explorer and i cant get rid of it 

everything i found on the web was fixing it with internet explorer but i cant do that since i dont have it installed

any ideas how i can fix it ?

Try turning dark mode off and back on.

See with your Windows skinning hack community that you are using.

You seem to be running some windows skins, i would say its to do with those.

What skin? Looks like default 21h1 dark mode to me.
