What tab refresher/reloader extension do you guys recommend?

I am on Chrome and what tab refresher do you guys recommend?
I used Auto Refresh Plus, but it doesn't always refresh the tab I usually use.
I also used Tab Reloader, but the interface is pretty bad. There is also no auto start function when starting up a tab.
