So I tested my gtx1050. First i used DDU then installed drivers after that played apex then I exit the game. After that I check messages on Facebook then bam Blank screen with different colors sometimes its purple, pink, yellow, orange or green. my monitor turns into something like this restart and then i can play again but later on it will do the same thing.

Colour test screen

I switch back to my gt710 to be safe for now while playing non heavy games like apex. PLS help

Are you using same cable for both GPUs ?

Weird colors or/and artifacts could be sign of dead/dying cable.

GPU : RTX 3070 Gaming X TRIO | CPU : Ryzen 5 7600 \ COOLER : Deepcool AK620 | MOBO : ASUS TUF Gaming B650 Plus | RAM : Corsair Vengeance RGB DDR5 16GBx2 6200 MHz \ Storage : Samsung 970 EVO Plus M.2 1TB \ PSU : Corsair TX750M | CASE : Be Quite! Pure Base 500DX Black

That i dont know but you should be using HDMI or DP for gtx 1650. While gt710 probably doesnt have only VGA and DVI outputs.

It could be GPU failing as well, but cable is easiest to check.

So why are you using that adapter if both have HDMI ?

my  monitor only has a vga output

I see. Well. This is what i would do :

1. Rule out the adapter/cable. So i would get a new one you know works. In your case something like in your picture then because of your monitor. It's simply easiest and cheapest thing to try. Or you can move directly to second point if you have means to test your GPU in a different system.

2. If nothing changes i would then take your gtx1650 , get a cable  hdmi to hdmi or dp to dp cable if you will hook it to a different monitor and just put it in a different system is you have such option available. That would most likely you provide with definite answer. If GPU shows same symptoms then it is sadly it. If not , it might be your cable/adapter/monitor or something else.

Better than a gpu 🙂
