Anyone know how to mass delete attachments from outlook?

Anyone know how to mass delete attachments from outlook(hotmail)?  I deleted all 16,000 emails in my old account and deleted them from the emails from the "deleted' folder as well.  However the attachments section still has lots of files and photos that I want gone, but there is no option to delete them, only to preview, download, share or print.  I know, I know, I made the mistake of using hotmail before gmail existed, before apparently the invention of the delete button for attachments.
