Can someone please tell me how to manage these cables?

The case is a Bitfenix Shinobi, but I have no idea how I'd manage these.

PC sent to me a few years ago by my Dad and it came with multiple problems, with this being one.

The PSU is an Antec 620watt and it's NON-Modular.

Hey.

Ouch. Take out all the unused cables out of the case and bunch them up to put down as close as possible to the PSU.

Well, I guess that the Shinobi has cable routing options behind the motherboard tray, so you could squeeze all the cables you don't need behind there and tie them down with zipties. If it doesn't have space behind the MoBo tray and coil them together and bundle them together with a big zip tie.

If you want to have a cleaner builder, then you should get a modular PSU.

Similar to what mine looked like, I just put them all in an empty HDD slot, and used cable ties(zip ties) to hold them in there.

It's not modular.

Why do you not have a cooler?

Never needed one, never will.

Just kidding, it's off because when I took that my thermal paste was running blotchy so I took it off to install my aftermarket and I took it during that time.

Yeah, it does, but these wires are MASSIVE. They won't fit behind my mobo.

I'll try that, thanks.

Can I use a twist tie instead, or will it not have enough power?

Unplug all connectors, and one by one, route them through the back and make it look clean...

If your cables are too fat then you can always buy a new case if you have the money.

Here's what I did to my sister's pc few years back. The case was Cooler Master 310. This case pratically has no space to do proper cable management but somehow I did it.

Fold, bunch and tuck all the unused cables, and then zip tie them. If you orientate your psu fan down, the cables out from the psu should be closer to the motherboard tray and makes it neater and easier to manage.

Route the ones in use tightly around the back of the motherboard tray. What ever that can't be routed, hide them behid the hdd cage.

But the cables are so fat and bunched up and strong I can't move them without severely hurting my hands.

Not to mention they hardly move anyway.

You need to quote the person you're replying or else he wont receive any notifications.

In that case, route them into the hdd case and tie them down there. If the space does not permit, move the hdd 1 or 2 place up.

Also, are you sure the psu is a NON-modular? Coz i think it is a semi-modular. Is this the one? http://www.antec.com/product.php?id=704483&fid=339

Well, I mean, I can't pull any cables out of the socket and when I look at it going in it's all one thing into a little hole

& I was talking to everyone, really, because everyone told me to move them.

And I'll try the HDD case thing shortly.

Aah I guess it's one of the earlier non-modular version.

Well, my Dad got it for me 3/4 years ago for Christmas, so probably ;)

I don't feel like I have to upgrade at the moment, I guess I can keep the cables there, it shouldn't affect anything too much, but I'm going to upgrade to 2x R9 270xs hopefully soon or maybe one by one, so that'll be cool and work for my 620watt psu.

Thanks for the help, guys :D

If you do that, I would highly recommend getting a new PSU, old PSUs tend not to do so great.

I built a computer in a shinobi once with unsleeved, colored cables from a non modular power supply. Even with such gross cables, I was able to hide them all. There is plenty of room behind the motherboard tray for them and you can hide the rest behind the part of the case where you install hard drives.
