Zen 3 is king when it comes to workloads, and in general it's just a better value with the motherboard pricing. The SSD I substituted will function identically to the 970 Evo when all is said and done. The P300A has a great airflow layout, but you still need to be moving air for that to mean anything, so the extra fans are necessary.

Maybe something like this?

Basically just a slightly upgraded version of @Forleb list, and btw you wont need to do any ocing since the ram is already pretty fast, so its just turn on amd xmp equivalent and pbo and you are good to go

Though even if you dont need to overclock i still suggest overclocking atleast the igpu and ram for better igpu performance, igpu can be oced around 2400mhz, for ram youll wanna find the highest ram speed you can run without errors or crashing then start lowering timings

i see what you mean but in the website its saying that the CPU isn't compatible with the motherboard and it needs a BIOS update for it to function. is that something i should be worried about?

No, there's chance that the board that comes already have proper bios to support that cpu, and if it's doesn't there's a bio's flashback feature on that motherboard to update it
