Splitgate turns off instant replay?

when im in fullscreen and join a game, splitgate turns off instant replay by itself and its driving me crazy. fix for it so far is to use windowed fullscreen but i kinda wanna use fullscreen for less input lag. any fix and does any nvidia user experience this?
