You have to look at the used market in your area or on the platform you intend to sell it on.

 

In the northern Midwest pre covid I would have guessed $125ish for the lot, $150 if its a mITX MB. Now, I have no idea.

Price depends on region, so check for how much those parts are being sold in your region...
