Hi Guys 

 

I really need some help. Since yesterday my PC cant boot at all it doesnt even reach the BIOS. i did some research on the FF debug code and i found out that this is the first state of booting but i dont know what this means my system is:

 

MOBO: MSI z77 Mpower

Processor: Core i5 3570k

Ram: two 4 gig stick's of corsair vengeance RAM

Videocard: MSI gtx660ti Power edition

SSD: mushkin chronos MKNSSDCR 180GB

PSU: OCZ ZT series 750W

Case: Corair Vengeance

FF means the bios hasn't even started. FF is the first state.
Try switching to the second bios with the bios switch. If that also says FF check you CPU socket for bent pins and make sure the 12V CPU plug is connected.

 

Also it might be because on Z77 boards FF is usually caused by either a faulty CPU, Bent CPU socket Pins, BIOS Version the board has doesn't support your CPU or an overtightened CPU cooler!

Allready tried swtitching to the second BIOS but that doesnt work. And all the CPU socket pins are fine wich could mean my CPU is dead? and CPU cooler is not overtightened. 

check the CPU socket pins for any ones that are bent using a magnifier and a strong light and look from may different angles! If that seems ok check RAM and your PSU cables going to MoBo. Might be also that MoBo has died
