My computer turns off randomly and after sending it to two different stores and both of them being unable to help I'm at a loss

Does it turn off when under load? (gaming, video editing, etc)

Based on the info provided,  It must be the Power Supply.  I would recommend replacing with a GP-P750GM.  They are cheap right now.

Always at random. No particular reason

Gpu- Msi Ventus 2x 3070 OC

Ram- Adata XPG 2x 8GB 3600Mhz

Psu- Apex 750W 80+ Gold

Storage:

1 NVME SSD

2 Sata SSD's

Replace the PSU, they are on the D tier in the psu tier list
